Pirate Access Application

To get started with Pirate Access, please complete the application form below. Rides cannot be scheduled until approval is received from the Office of Disability Support Services (DSS), so please respond promptly to any emails from their office. A new application is required each semester to maintain eligibility if service is needed past the current term. Summer applicants only need to submit once for both summer sessions.
