ECU Transit Transitioning to New Van Services App

ECU Transit will be transitioning away from the TransLōc® Rider app, which is currently used to schedule on-demand van rides around campus and select off-campus locations.

As part of this transition, beginning July 1, 2025, riders will no longer be able to book or schedule rides through the TransLōc® Rider app. During this transition period, rides can only be scheduled by calling our office at 252-328-7433.

This fall, we will launch a new and improved ride-scheduling app that will enhance the overall rider experience and support continued improvements to ECU Transit services. We anticipate sharing more details about the new app in early August.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this change. While we recognize this may cause some temporary inconvenience, this upgrade is an important step toward delivering more reliable and efficient service to our campus community.
