Service Calendar
The Spring 2025 Service Calendar outlines all of ECU Transit’s service exceptions and other noteworthy dates for a given semester. Service exceptions are planned ahead of time and occur whenever service is modified or canceled for a given date. This is typically due to holidays, breaks, or other scenarios which affect the academic calendar. Normal service is planned unless otherwise noted.

| Friday, May 9th | On Demand & Pirate Access will operate 7:00AM-6:00PM *Service area near Minges may be limited due to commencement |
| Monday, May 12th – Friday, May 16th | On Demand & Pirate Access will operate 7:00AM-6:00PM |
| Monday, May 19th | Summer Service Schedule Begins |

Van Service (Pirate Access, SafeRide, On-Demand)

Weekday Daytime Service
Monday-Friday: 7:00AM-6:00PM
- Pirate Access: scheduled trips for persons with temporary or permanent disabilities.
- Must complete application through DSS
- Pre-Scheduled rides for PGV Airport or off-campus medical appointments.
- Please call our office to schedule these types of rides.
Evening & Weekend Service
Monday-Friday: 5:30PM-1:00AM
Saturday-Sunday: 10:00AM-1:00AM
- SafeRide/On-Demand: Two-way service for shaded areas within our service area. Rides can originate and end at any point within the shaded regions on the map.
- SafeRide Home: One-way service from campus to off campus apartment complexes. This service is useful for getting home after the buses have stopped running. Off campus locations we service as one-way are indicated by the point markers on the map.

The direct link to BusTime included here provides real time tracking for these routes, including arrival predictions, and upcoming vehicle passenger load occupancy as low, medium or high. For routes which are not currently scheduled to operate, you may see the message “no predictions” for some or all stops. Please check the schedule for operating times or contact us for assistance.
