Fall 2024 Move-In Service
Welcome ECU Pirates! ECU Transit will be running the following services during Move-In Week, August 14th – August18th
Move-In Shuttles
These shuttles will assist you in getting to and from the parking lots and around campus during move-in. This shuttle will service Curry Court, West End, Dorms along 5th Street, College Hill, and the Main Campus Student Center. This shuttle will operate the following days and times:
- Wednesday, August14th – 9:00AM to 6:00PM
- Thursday, August 15th – 9:00AM to 6:00PM
- Friday, August 16th – 9:00AM to 6:00PM
Transit Move-In Shuttle

This bus services ECU’s Main Campus and will only run in the evenings and at night during move-in, but will operate its normal schedule starting Saturday, August 17th.
- Wednesday, August 14th – 6:00PM to 1:00AM
- Thursday, August 15th – 6:00PM to 1:00AM
- Friday, August 16th – 6:00PM to 1:00AM
- Saturday, August 17th – 10:00AM to 1:00AM
- Sunday, August18th – 10:00AM to 1:00AM
On-Demand/SafeRide
On-Demand, formerly known as SafeRide, is our dedicated van service which can take you to shopping centers (such as Target, Walmart, the Mall, and Publix), ECU’s medical campus, and to other approved locations not serviced by a bus route. Please visit the On-Demand page to view our service area. To book a ride simply call our office or download the TransLōc App. Some service areas may be limited during move-in. This service will operate as follows:
